Payment Options & Information
If you have received a patient statement and wish to make a payment, you have the option to make payments online, over the phone or in-person with our exceptional staff.
Online
Accepted Credit/Debit payment forms online are VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover.
Please have handy your recent billing statement as you will need your Account Number available to either make a quick payment or to register for an account. The account number is located at the top of the statement in the right-hand corner.
We've updated our billing systems. Select the payment link below based on the Service Date found on the back of the statement.
